Hosts Peter and Christine Scoular have coupled their vast experience in the hospitality industry with faultless attention to detail to create a hideaway for the most discerning traveller.  Guests have the choice of three garden villas or four in-lodge, lake-view suites.  Individual décor is a feature of each beautifully appointed room.  While in lounging and dining spaces, carefully collected antiques complement bright modern furnishings and ceramics.
 Pre-dinner drinks, a delicious four-course dinner and hearty breakfast are an integral part of the stay.  Christine creates daily menus, teaming the best of organic beef, lamb, game and fresh fish with fresh organic, or eco-grown vegetables, many from the lodge's own garden.
